Homosporticus is a fully open access journal, providing authors continuous publication of original research across a broad spectrum of Sports and Physical Exercise scientific disciplines, with a print and electronic journal issues (ISSN 1512-8822 and eISSN 1840-4324). Journal aims to present easy access to the for both scientific and practical knowledge for sport and social science orientated researches using comprehensive scientific methods. The purpose is to minimize the problems in sports and to link the theory and practical appliance of sport and to overcome delays in publishing process using advantage of electronic medium.

Aim and Scope

Homosporticus covers all aspects of sports science including: all aspects of physical exercise and its effects on health, sport and sport performance along with Physical Education, Training, Sport for All, Fitness and Health, Sociology of Sport, Philosophy of Sport, Sport Pedagogy, Research Methodology, Premium Sport, Management in Sports, Biomechanics, Sports Medicine, APA and Biochemistry and Sports Nutrition.


Homosporticus is published biannually, in June and December of each year. Homosporticus publishes original scientific papers, review papers and meta-analysis, editorials, short reports and letters, as well as invited papers and award papers in the fields of Sports Science, Sports Medicine and Kinesiology, as well as it can function as an open discussion forum on significant issues of current interest.
